Aam Ka Panna is a very good thirst quencher prepared using Raw Mangoes.

Time Required: 20 Minutes + Chilling time
1 Big Raw Mango
¼ tsp Kala Namak/Black Salt
8 tbsp Sugar
¼ tsp Roasted Jeera/Cumin Powder
¼ tsp Ground Pepper
Boil the Mango, peel it and separate the pulp from the seed/stone.
Liquidize the pulp and Sugar and remove to a bowl. Now add 4 glasses of water, Kala Namak, Jeera and Pepper and mix well. Chill Aam Ka Panna and serve.
