Carrot Payasa

Carrot Payasa
2 Carrots
½ ltr Milk
½ Cup Sugar
10 Cashewnuts
½ tsp Elaichi/Cardamom Powder
1tbsp Chopped Nuts (Cashew nuts, Badam/Almonds/Pistachios)

Peel and grate Carrots and grind to a paste along with Cashew nuts. Boil Milk and add Carrot paste to it and let it cook for 5 minutes. Add Sugar, Elaichi Powder and Nuts, mix well. Serve carrot payasa either hot or cold.
