Sweet dish prepared using Almonds
Time Required: 20 Minutes
1 Cup Badam/Almonds
1/4 tsp Cardamom powder
2tbsp Ghee/Clarified Butter
A few chopped Almonds
Boil Almonds in water for 5 mts. Peel their skin and roughly crush them. Heat Ghee in a kadai and add the crushed Almonds and fry for 6 – 7 mts. Add Milk, Sugar and Cardamom powder to it and mix well. Keep aside to cool. Mixture for the Laddoos is ready.
When the mixture is hot, make small balls and serve after 5 minutes.
