Soya Masala

Soya Chunks tossed in spices.

Time Required: 25 Minutes + Soaking time

Soya Masala

Ingredients:
1 Cup Soya Chunks soaked overnight
1tbsp Oil
1 Tomato, Chopped finely
½ Cup Capsicum pieces
1 Onion, Sliced
1tsp Coriander Powder
1tsp Jeera / Cumin Powder
½ tsp Anardana / Pomegranate Powder
2 sprigs Coriander leaves, Chopped finely
1tsp Chili Powder
Salt to taste

Method:
Cut the Soya chunks into small pieces and keep it aside. Heat Oil and add Onion and sauté for a minute. Add Capsicum and stir, add Tomatoes and cook for another minute. Add Coriander, Cumin, Chili and Pomegranate powder and mix well. Add Salt and Soya chunks and mix. Add ¼ cup water and keep in the cooker for a single whistle.

Remove to a serving dish and garnish with Coriander leaves.  Serve hot with Roti or Paratha.
