Topping with sweet corn and cheese goes very well with hash browns, Nachos, bread toast, and on Papdi!
Time Required: 15 Minutes
1tsp Cumin Seeds
1 Cup cooked American Sweet Corn Kernels
1 tsp Chili Flakes
1 Red Chili, Chopped
½ tsp Pepper powder
Few Mint or Coriander leaves for garnishing
1/2 Cup Processed Cheese, Grated
½ Cup Milk
½ Cup chopped Capsicum
1 Onion, Chopped finely
Salt to taste
Heat Oil and add Cumin Seed and when they splutter add Onion and saute for a minute. Add Capsicum and Red Chili and saute for another minute. Add Milk and cook for a minute or two.
Add Sweet Corn, Chili Flakes, Pepper Powder, Salt, and Cheese and mix well. Cook for a minute. Remove to a bowl.
Put a spoonful of this mixture on any base you like.
