Sweet Corn Soup is prepared using Sweet Corn Kernels.
Time Required: 20 Minutes
1 Cup Sweet Corn, Kernels
3 – 4 Garlic Pods
1tbsp Butter or Olive Oil or Refined Oil
Salt to taste
Pressure cook Sweet Corn with 2 cups of water. Heat Butter and add Onions and Garlic and sauté. Puree Sweet Corn, Onion and Garlic and sieve. Add salt and bring it to a boil and add freshly crushed Pepper and serve hot Sweet Corn Soup.
