Pepper, Tomato, Corn Relish is an accompaniment, which can be served with Crackers, Bread, Indian Bread, or eaten just like that!
Time required: 15 Minutes
1 Capsicum / Green Pepper, Chopped finely
1 Cup Boiled Corn Kernels
1 Onion, Chopped finely
1 tsp Red Chili Flakes
1 tbsp Vinegar
1 tsp Sugar
1 tsp Ground Cumin Seeds
Salt to taste
Blanch Tomatoes and peel. Chop into small pieces and remove to a vessel.
To the mixing bowl, add Capsicum, Onion, and Corn. Add the rest of the ingredients.
Cook the mixture for 3 minutes.
Remove to a serving bowl and serve as an accompaniment.
