This is a very simple dish with minimum spices.
Time Required: 30 Minutes
1 Cup Broccoli florets
1 Cup Beans, Chopped into ½ inch pieces
1 Cup Carrot, Peeled and thinly sliced
1 Cup Paneer / Cottage Cheese cubes
½ Cup Peas
½ tsp Saunf / Fennel Seeds
3 one-inch pieces of Cinnamon
1tbsp Ginger-Green Chili Paste
½ tsp Garam Masala Powder
Salt to taste
Steam the vegetables. Spray a non-stick pan with Oil and stir-fry Paneer cubes for two minutes. Remove and keep aside.
Heat Oil, add Saunf, Cinnamon, and Cloves. Add Ginger-Green Chili paste and stir for a minute.
Add steamed vegetables and Paneer and stir. Add Salt and Garam Masala Powder and toss gently.
Serve hot with your choice of Indian Bread.
