Paneer Stuffed Bhindi dish is Cottage Cheese stuffed Ladys finger/Okra.
Time Required: 30 Minutes
15 tender Bhindi/Lady’s Finger/Okra
1 Cup Paneer/Cottage Cheese, Grated
1 Big Tomato, Puree
½ tsp Red chili Powder
½ tsp Jeera/Cumin Seeds
Salt to taste
Wash Bhindi and dry them with a cloth. Remove both ends. Slit them and keep aside. Heat 1tbsp Oil in a pan and add Jeera.
Next add the mashed Tomatoes.
Add Chili powder, Salt and Paneer.
Mix well and cook for 2 minutes stirring continuously.
Remove from heat. Fill each Bhindi with the Paneer mixture.
Heat 2tbsp Oil in a thick-bottomed wok/pan and add the stuffed Bhindi.
Cover the pan and cook on low flame until the Bhindi is soft.
Remove to a serving tray.
and serve hot Paneer Stuffed Bhindi with Phulka and Salad.
