Paneer Stuffed Bhindi dish is Cottage Cheese stuffed Ladys finger/Okra.
Time Required: 30 Minutes
Wash Bhindi and dry them with a cloth. Remove both ends. Slit them and keep aside. Heat 1tbsp Oil in a pan and fry the mashed Tomatoes. Add Chili powder, Jeera, Salt and Paneer. Mix well and cook for 2 minutes stirring continuously. Remove from heat. Fill each Bhindi with the Paneer mixture.
Heat 2tbsp Oil in a thick-bottomed wok/pan and add the stuffed Bhindi. Cover the pan and cook on low flame until the Bhindi is soft. Remove to a serving tray and serve hot Paneer Stuffed Bhindi with Phulka and Salad.
