Alfalfa Sprouts are very healthy but they are bitter to taste. When mixed with Apple and other nuts, Apple and Alfalfa Sprouts Salad tastes good.
Time Required: 10 Minutes
1 Apple, Diced
1 Cup Seedless Grapes, depending on the size, slice them
1 Cup Alfalfa Sprout / Kudure Menthya / Lucerne
½ Cup Crumbled Cottage Cheese
1½ tsp Olive Oil
Juice of half Lemon
1tsp Chili Flakes
3 pods Garlic Crushed (Optional)
Salt to taste
Whisk the ingredients for the dressing in a cup.
In a salad bowl mix Apple, Grapes, Alfalfa Sprout, Walnuts, and Cottage Cheese. Add the dressing and toss gently.
Chill and serve Apple Walnut Alfalfa Salad with Lavash or Pita Bread.
