Tofu Noodles is a dish packed with a great amount of nutrition and is also lip smacking!

2 Pack Instant Noodles with Masala
1 Cup Cauliflower florets
1 Cup sliced Tofu
4 – 5 String Beans, chopped into 1 inch pieces
Few Cherry Tomatoes, halved
1/2 Red, Green, or Yellow Pepper, sliced
2 – 3 sprigs Spring Onion, chopped
1 – 2 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
1″ Ginger, sliced
3 – 4 Garlic Pods, sliced
1 – 2 tsp Red Chili Flakes
1 tbsp Oil
Salt to taste
Saute Tofu until light brown. Remove and keep aside.
Boil Cauliflower and Beans until done. Ensure that they are not too soft. Keep it aside.
Cook Noodles along with the Masala and keep aside.
Heat Oil, add Garlic, Ginger, and Chili Flakes.
Add Cauliflower and Carrot and toss.
Add Noodles and toss gently.
Add Tofu and Tomato Ketchup and toss again.
Remove to a serving dish and serve hot.
