Ragi Halwa is a pudding prepared using Finger Millet.
Time Required: 40 minutes
1 Cup Ragi / Finger Millet / Nachni
1 Cup Sugar
½ tsp Elaichi / Cardamom Powder
1 tbsp Almond Flakes
1 or 2 tbsp Ghee / Clarified Butter
Soak Ragi overnight and extract milk by grinding with water. In a kadai add 2 cups of the extracted Milk and Sugar.

Cook for 5 minutes, stirring continuously. Add Ghee and continue to cook until the mixture reaches Halwa consistency.
Add Elaichi powder and mix. Remove to a serving dish and garnish with Almond Flakes.
