Gud Papdi is a sweet dish prepared using Wheat Flour and Jaggery.
Time Required: 15 Minutes
1 Cup Wheat Flour
1/2 Cup Ghee/Clarified Butter
1 Cup Grated Jaggery
Melt Ghee in a pan.
Fry Wheat flour in Ghee until an aroma arises.
Remove from fire and add Jaggery and mix well.
Pour the mixture on the greased tray.
Sprinkle saunf on the surface and press them down.
Cut Gud Papdi into desired shapes.
