Rawa Dosa are crepes prepared using Semolina. These take a while to cook. The end result is a crispy, golden colored, lacy dosa, which melts in your mouth. Very good for the breakfast menu.
Time Required: 20 Minutes + Soaking time
2 Cups Chiroti Rawa/Fine Semolina
¾ Cup Rice Flour
1tsp Jeera/Cumin Seeds
1 Green Chilies, Chopped finely
2tbsp Coriander Leaves, Chopped finely
Few Curry Leaves, Chopped finely
Oil for roasting
Salt to taste
Mix all the ingredients with water and leave it aside for at least an hour. The batter consistency must be little watery.
Heat a griddle and grease it. Pour the batter using a tumbler with an edge thinly over the griddle.
Sprinkle Oil and roast.
This Dosa takes little longer to roast than the normal Dosas.
Serve hot with any Chutney of your choice.
