Rajasthan cuisine is unique to the region. The scarcity of water and the lack of vegetation has made the Rajasthanis adopt to cooking in Oil, Ghee or Milk. After roaming the Palaces and Forts, it is time to taste the different dishes churned out in the Rajasthani kitchens. The options of eating out in Rajasthan is many from street to fine dining. We were adventurous and tried out all types of vegetarian dishes and I relished every morsel of the various dishes that was served.
