Balehannina Bonda

Sweet fritters prepared using ripe Bananas.

Time Required: 20 Minutes
Serves: 6

Balehannina Bonda

Ingredients:
2 Robust Ripe Banana / Pachcha Balehannu
½ Cup Maida
½ Cup Akki Hittu
½ Cup Corn flour
1 tsp Sugar
A pinch of salt
Oil for deep-frying

Balehannina Bonda

Method:
Mix everything except for oil with water and prepare a batter. Make banana roundels. Dip them in batter and deep fry.
