Jamun Raitha Recipe – Indian Blackberry in Yoghurt Sauce – Narale Hannina Raitha

Jamun Raitha

Jamun raitha is another way of consuming the healthy Jamun fruit. Jamun fruit is available during June – July.

Ingredients:
1 Cup of Chopped Jamun
2 Cups of Curds / Yoghurt
1 tsp Roasted Jeera / Cumin Powder
1 Green or ripe Red Chili chopped
Few sprigs of Coriander leaves, chopped
Sugar or Sugar substitute to taste (Optional)
Salt to taste

Method:
In a mixing bowl, add all the ingredients.

Mix well.

Remove to a serving dish and serve with your choice of flavoured Rice or Indian Bread.
