Carrot Raitha

Carrot Raitha is very easy to make and delicious to relish.

Time Required: 10 minutes

Ingredients:
1 Carrot
1 Bowl Curds
1 Onion, Chopped finely
1 Green Chili, Chopped finely
Few sprigs Coriander leaves, Chopped finely
Salt to taste

Method:
Peel and grate Carrot. Mix everything together in a bowl and serve Carrot Raitha with your choice of Indian Bread.

Sprinkle some boondi and sweet chutney and relish a low calorie evening snack.
