Dasara Raitha is prepared using Sweet Potato and Yoghurt.  It is great to keep you cool on humid October days.

Cuisine: Karnataka
Time required: 15 minutes

Ingredients:
1 or 2 Sweet Potatoes
2 to 3 Cups Yoghurt
1/2 Cup Chopped Cucumber
1 or 2 Green Chilies, Chopped finely
Coriander leaves, Chopped finely
1 tsp Roasted Jeera / Cumin Powder
Salt to taste

Method:
Boil Sweet Potatoes, Peel, and cube.  Combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl.  Chill for half an hour and serve.
