Oriental Rice

Oriental Rice is a delicious main course prepared using various vegetables and Bean Sprouts.

Time Required: 30 Minutes

Ingredients:
3 Bowls Cooked Rice
1 Cup Green, Yellow, and Red Pepper, Sliced
1/2 Cup Bean Sprouts
Few Spring Onion Scallions, Cleaned and Shopped
1 Carrot, Peeled and Sliced
1/2 Zucchini, Sliced
1/2 Cup Oriental Cabbage, Chopped
2 Red Chilies, Sliced
1tbsp Soya Sauce
1″ Ginger, Juliennes
2 Pods Garlic, Minced
Juice of half Lemon
2tbsp Oil
Salt to taste

Method:
Heat Oil and add the Red Chilies, Ginger, and Garlic and saute. Add Vegetables and Sprouts except for Spring Onion and stir fry for a minute.

Add cooked Rice.

Mix well.

Add Soya Sauce and Spring Onions and toss.

Add Lemon and Salt and mix well.

Remove to a serving dish and serve hot Oriental Rice.
