Maida Dosa

Pancakes prepared using refined flour (all purpose flour).

Time Required: 30 Minutes
Serves: 4

Ingredients:
1 Cup Maida/Refined Flour
1 Cup Rice Flour
1/2 Cup Rava/sooji/Semolina
1tbsp Coriander Leaves
4 Curry Leaves Chopped
2 Green Chilies, Chopped or ground to a paste
Oil for roasting
Salt to taste

Method:
Mix all the ingredients together with water to form a semi-thick batter. Leave it overnight.  Grease a griddle/tava and pour a ladleful of batter and spread it in the shape of a circle. Sprinkle a teaspoon of Oil and roast on both sides. Remove and serve Maida Dosa with Coconut Chutney.
