Shenga Chutney Pudi – Peanuts and Garlic Chutney Powder – Groundnuts Chutney Powder

Shenga Chutney Pudi

This Chutney Powder is prepared using groundnuts in North Karnataka and served with the regional staple diet rotti / sorghum flour bread

Time Required: 20 Minutes

Ingredients:
1 Cup Groundnuts
1 – 2 tbsp Chili Powder
1/2 Cup Grated Dry Coconut
10 Cloves of Garlic (Optional)
Salt to taste

Method:
Dry roast Groundnuts and peel them.

Grind Groundnuts with the other ingredients to a coarse powder. Remove to a dry and airtight bottle and store.

Serve with Idli or Dosa or Chapathi or Jowar / Bhajra Roti.
