Hittina Masala Dosa

Pancakes prepared using a mixture of different flours.
Ingredients:
1 Cup Rice Flour
2 Cups Sorgam / Jowar Flour
1 Cup Wheat Flour
¼ Cup Uddina Hittu / Urad Dal Flour / Black Gram split flour
1 Tomato, Chopped
1 Onions, Chopped
1tbsp Chili Powder
1tsp Jeera / Cumin Powder
Oil for roasting
Salt to taste

Puttu

This a dish from Kerala, South India. Rice flour and Cocnut layers are steamed in a Puttu maker called as Puttu Kutti.

Sabudana Dosa

Pancakes prepared using pearl sago.
Time Required: 20 Minutes + Soaking time
Ingredients:
2 Cups Sabudana / Sabbakki / Seemeakki / Pearl  Sago
3 Cups Curds / Yogurt
½ Cup Rice Flour
3 Green Chilies, Chopped
½ Cup Coriander leaves, Chopped
Salt to taste

½ Cup Fresh Coconut
3 Ripe Bananas
