Watermelon Dosa

Surprise your friends and family by prepared Watermelon Dosa for breakfast!

Cuisine: South Karnataka

Time Required: 20 Minutes + Soaking Time

Ingredients:
2 cups Rice
½ cup grated fresh Coconut
2 – 4 Green Chilies
2 cups Peeled Watermelon pieces
Salt to taste

Method:
Soak Rice for 4 hours. Grind Rice with Watermelon, Coconut, and Green Chilies to a smooth batter.

Add Salt to the batter and mix well.

Heat a Tava and pour a spoonful of batter and spread in a concentric circle.

Add Oil and roast both sides.

Serve hot with Chutney or Chutney Powder.
