I have already posted the recipe for Kodabale, here is another method to make Kodabale. Hope you like Kodabale Method 2 and make it for this Dasara to distribute among friends and relatives.  There is also another method of making Kodabale.

Cuisine: Karnataka

Time Required: 1 Hour

Ingredients:
1 Cup Akki Hittu / Rice flour
¾ Cup Maida / Refined flour
¼ cup Hurigadale hittu (Fried Gram flour) or Chiroti Rawa (Fine Semolina)
2 tsp Ghee
3 tsp heated Oil
3 tbsp Dry Coconut, powdered
¼ tsp Hing
1 tbsp Red Chili Powder
Oil for deep frying
Salt to taste

Method:
Roast Maida. Mix all the other ingredients to it. Add hot Oil.

Add water to make a dough. Divide into small balls.

Shape each ball into kodabale.

Deep fry them on low flame.

Remove them on a kitchen towel.

Let them cool and store Kodabale in airtight containers.
