SAN FRAN Super Salad

A complete meal by itself, I had SAN FRAN Super Salad at an airport in Europe for dinner.  I have recreated the recipe with locally available ingredients.

Time required: 20 Minutes

Ingredients:
1 Radish, peeled and sliced thin
1/2 Beetroot, peeled and chopped in julienne
2 tbsp Roasted nuts like almonds, walnuts, pistachios
1 tbsp Sunflower seeds, toasted
1/2 Cup, Chik Pea / Kabuli channa, soaked and cooked
1 bunch Baby Spinach, separate the leaves and wash
1 tbsp Olive oil
1/2 tsp Chilli powder
1 tsp Honey or Sugar
1/2 tsp grounded Pepper
Juice of one lemon
Salt to taste

Method:
Toss everything together, chill for half an hour and serve.
