Pineapple Salsa

Some Pani Puri shells stuffed with chilled Pineapple Salsa makes for a fantastic snack in the evening.

Time required: 20 Minutes

Ingredients:
1 Pineapple, peeled and chopped finely
1 Onion, chopped finely
Half Red Pepper / Capsicum
2 – 3 Green Chilies or Jalapenos, chopped finely
Few sprigs of Coriander Leaves, chopped finely
Juice of half Lemon
1 tsp Sugar (Optional)
Salt to taste

Method:
Toss everything together.  Chill and serve.

You can serve with Nachos or Potato chips.
