Microgreens Pear Salad Recipe

Microgreens salad

Microgreens are now readily available and when tossed with the right ingredients, it can turn out to be a delicious healthy starter at parties.

Ingredients:
A handful of Microgreens – I have used spicy radish mix
Cheese, diced
Cherry tomatoes, cut into two pieces
Lettuce
Pear, chopped – You can use Apple
Roasted Almonds, you can use walnuts or pecan nuts

Dressing:
Balsamic vinegar or Lemon juice
Crushed Pepper
Olive oil
Salt to taste

Method:
Add the main salad items in a salad mixing bowl.

In another small bowl, combine the dressing ingredients and whisk.

Add the dressing to the salad and gently toss.

Chill for half an hour and serve.
