Salad Platter

Salad is nutritious and good for health.  A portion of salad eaten during one of the meals helps the body get some fiber for easy absorption of food.

Time Required:  15 Minutes

Ingredients:
1 Carrot
½ Cucumber
½ Cup Cabbage, Chopped thin and long
1 Onion, Cut into semi circles
1 Tomato
1 Lemon
1 tbsp Coriander Leaves, Chopped finely

Method:
Cut Carrot, Cucumber, and Tomato into roundels. Cut Lemon into quarters. Arrange them as shown in the picture. Garnish Salad Platter with Coriander leaves, Salt and Pepper.
