Raw Mango Apple Salad

Time Required: 20 Minutes

Ingredients:
1 Apple
½ Thothapuri Mango / Raw Mango
½ tsp Red Chili Powder
Juice of ½ Lemon
1 tsp Sugar
2 Sprigs Coriander leaves, chopped finely
Few Thai Basil, chopped finely
Salt to taste

Method:
Slice Apple and store in cold water. Slice Raw Mango into thin slices and remove to a mixing bowl.

In another bowl, mix Chili powder, Lemon juice, Sugar, and Salt. Mix Apple, Raw Mango and the dressing. Chill Raw Mango Apple Salad and serve.
