Coriander Garlic Chutney

Coriander Garlic Chutney is used in while preparing Chaats.  It adds a spicy and garlicky flavor to the chaat.  This can be served along with Dhokla or with Parathas (Indian Stuffed Bread).

Cuisine: North India

Time required: 10 minutes

Ingredients:
1 Cup Coriander leaves
4 – 5 Garlic pods
6 – 8 Green Chilies
Juice of one Lemon
1 tsp Roasted Jeera / Cumin Powder
Black Salt to taste

Method:
Peel Garlic and clean Coriander leaves.

Grind everything together to a paste.

Use Coriander Garlic Chutney to prepare Chaats.
