Sukha Puri Recipe – Chat Recipe – Stuffed Sookha Puri Chat

Sukha Puri

One Sukha Puri is often given complimentary after you have eaten your fill of Pani Puri or Golgappa.  The Sukha Puri is so tasty that people are ordering for a plate of Sukha Puri.

Time required: 30 Minutes

Ingredients:
20 Pani Puri Puris
2 medium Potatoes, Boiled, Peeled and Mashed
1 Onion, Chopped
1tsp Roasted Jeera/Cumin Powder
1tsp Chaat Garam Masala
½ Kala Namak/Black Salt
1tsp Coriander Powder
1tsp Aamchur / Mango Powder
2tbsp Boiled Black Channa / Chik Peas
1 Cup Nylon Sev
1tsp Chili Powder
2tbsp Fresh Coriander Leaves, chopped
1 Lemon
Salt to taste

Method:
Add Black Salt, Mango, Chat Masala, Jeera, and Coriander Powder to mashed Potatoes and mix well.  Add Salt to Onions and keep it aside.

Make a hole in the Puris.  Stuff the Puris with Potato.  Add few Channa on each of the Puris.  Add Onions, Lemon juice, and Coriander leaves.  Garnish with Sev.
