Fenugreek Salad

Fenugreek Salad is prepared tossing Fenugreek leaves along with Cucumber and Onions.

Serves: 4

Ingredients:
3 Cups Fenugreek Leaves
1 Cucumber
2 Onions
1tbsp Olive Oil
Juice of 1 Lemon
1tsp Chili Flakes
½ tsp Sugar
Salt to taste

Method:
Clean and wash Fenugreek leaves thoroughly.  Dry it on a cloth and chop finely and remove to a salad bowl.  Peel and chop Cucumber finely.  Chop Onions finely.  Mix Olive Oil, Lemon juice, Sugar, Salt and Chili flakes and add to the vegetables and toss.  Chill and serve.
