Green Chilies Pickle – Instant Green Chili Pickle – Hari Mirchi ki Achar

Green chilies pickle

Green Chilies Pickle is one of our favorite pickle and goes very well with Akki Rotti and Paratha.

Time Required: 20 Minutes

Ingredients:
20 thin long Green Chilies / Byadagi variety is the best for this pickle
Juice of 3 Lemon
1/4 tsp Hing / Asafoetida
1/2 tsp Methi / Fenugreek Powder
3tbsp Oil
1 1/2 tbsp Salt

Method:
Wash and dry Green Chilies. Remove the stems and chop the chilies into 1″ pieces. Heat Oil. Add the chilies.

Saute for a minute. Switch off the flame.

Add Methi powder, Salt, Hing and stir. Add Lemon juice and stir.

Remove to a container and leave overnight.

Store in dry airtight containers in the refrigerator.
