Dual Tone Dragon Fruit Smoothie Bowl

How about some splash of color and health in your eating bowl!? Dual Color Dragon Fruit Smoothie Bowl is both attractive and healthy.

Time required: 10 Minutes

Serves: 2 to 4 depending on the bowl size

Ingredients:
For the white smoothie:
1 White-flesh Dragon fruit
1 Banana
1 Cup Coconut milk

For the red smoothie:
1 Red-flesh Dragon fruit
1 Cup Pineapple slices
1 Cup Coconut milk
1 Mango or Peach or Plum slices
1tbsp Soaked Chia seeds

For the topping:
Dragon fruit slices
Pineapple slices
Mint leaves

Method:
For the white smoothie:
Scoop the White-flesh Dragon fruit, peel Banana and chop.  Combine the fruits and Coconut milk and blend to form a semi-liquid. Keep it aside.

For the red smoothie:
Scoop the Red-flesh Dragon fruit and combine with other fruits, Coconut milk, and Chia seeds and blend to form a semi-liquid.  Keep it aside.

Assembling:
Take a bowl and pour one color smoothie and from the other side the other color smoothie.

Garnish with Dragon fruit, Pineapple, and Mint leaves.

Chill for an hour and serve.
