Strawberry sauce on Vanilla ice cream is a most sought after dessert.
Time required: 15 minutes
Ingredients:
1 Cup Culled and Diced Strawberries
1/2 Cup Sugar
Method:
Take Strawberries in a thick bottomed pan and add half cup water.
Let it come to a boil. Simmer for another 5 to 6 minutes until you get a thick consistency. Remove to a bowl or an airtight container.
Serve Vanilla ice cream topped with Strawberry sauce.
