Hot Tomato Sauce is served with Falafel. You can also serve with Cutlet, Patties, or Fritters.

Ingredients:
2 Large Tomatoes
5 Ripe Red Chilies
3 Garlic Pods
Juice of half Lemon
Salt to taste
Method:
Boil water and add whole Tomatoes into it and let it cook for a minute. Remove from water and Peel.
Grind all the ingredients together. Remove to a serving dish and serve.
