Groundnut Dip

Here is a nutty dip prepared using Groundnut.

Time Required: 5 Minutes

Ingredients:
Half Cup Roasted Groundnuts, Crushed
1 Cup Hung Yoghurt / Curds
2 tbsp Chopped Coriander Leaves
2 – 3 Dry Red Chilies
Salt to taste

Method:
Grind Red Chilies to a coarse powder or use Chili flakes.

Mix all the ingredients together.


Serve Groundnut dip with Carrot, Cucumber, Radish sticks or with Nachos, Tostidas, or Potato chips.
