Mooli Bhaji

This dish is prepared using Radish leaves and Radish. The usage of Radish leaves is popular in Assam.

Time Required: 20 Minutes

Ingredients:
3 bunches Radish leaves, Chopped finely
1 Big Onion, Chopped finely
1 Radish, Peeled and Grated
1tbsp Ghee / Oil
1½ tsp Cumin Seeds
1tsp Mustard Seeds
1½ tsp Kalonji / Onion Seeds
1½ tsp Fenugreek Seeds
2 Dry Red Chilies
4 Green Chilies Slit
Salt to taste

Method:
Heat Oil and add Mustard Seeds, Cumin Seeds, Fenugreek Seeds, Red Chilies and Onion Seeds. Add Onion and saute until it turns translucent. Add Green Chilies, Radish and Radish leaves. Saute for a minute. Add Salt and close the vessel and cook for another minute.

Remove to a serving bowl and serve with Indian Bread.
