Carrots and Chives

Carrot sticks tossed in Chives.

Time Required: 5 Minutes

Ingredients:
4 – 6 Carrots, Peeled and Chopped into sticks
2tbsp Dry or Fresh Chives
1tsp Olive Oil
1tsp Crushed Peppercorns
Salt to taste

Method:
Heat Oil and add Carrots and stir for 2 minutes. Next add Chives, Peppercorns and Salt and stir for another minute. Remove and serve.
