Praline – Dry Fruits Chikki Recipe – Dry Fruits Bar Recipe

Praline

Praline is prepared using sugar and nuts.  This is used in cakes, pastries, and ice creams.

Time Required: 10 minutes

Ingredients:
1Cup Almonds or Cashew nuts, Pistachios
1Cup Sugar

Method:
Heat a pan and add Sugar and let it caramelize.

Add chopped nuts and mix well.

Grease a plate and pour the mixture over it. Let it cool and break it into pieces. The Praline is ready to use.

Spread the mixture on a tin. When cool store in airtight jar.

Powder the praline coarsely while using in recipe like Caramalised Banana with Butterscotch.
