Apple-Cinnamon Wontons

Apple-Cinnamon Wontons

Baked packets filled with Cinnamon flavored Apple.

Time Required: 30 minutes

Ingredients:
1 cup chopped Apple
1tbsp Brown Sugar
1ts Lemon Juice
½ tsp Cinnamon powder
2 tbsp Sugar Powder

Method:
Pre-heat the oven and grease a baking tray. Mix Apples, Brown Sugar, Lemon Juice, and Cinnamon.


Cut the wonton wrappers into 3 inch squares.

Drop a teaspoon of Apple mixture in the middle of each wrapper.

Moisten the edges with water or with a flour mix (1tbsp Maida / flour mixed with 2tbsp water). Fold to make a triangle and press the edges to seal. Arrange the filled wontons on the baking tray and brush with each one with butter. Bake for 15 minutes.

Remove the filled wontons and arrange in a try and sprinkle powdered sugar on them. Serve with ice cream.
