Lingabudi Lake, Mysore

Another interesting water body in Mysore is the Lingabudi Lake. This when compared with the other two lakes Kukkarahalli and Karanji Kere is not maintained and left to the wild.

A pillared stone mantapa adds the old world charm. Birds like Grebe, Egrets, and Cormorants are often spotted in this lake.

Just hope that the lake gets some attention and is maintained well to encourage more people to visit on weekends.
