Cucumber and Spring Onion Dip

This recipe is for a tasty tangy dip to accompany crisp savouries, bread sticks, or vegetable sticks.

Time Required: 20 Minutes + Hung Curds preparation time

Ingredients:
For the dip:
1½ Cups Hung Curds
½ Cucumber, Peeled, deseeded and chopped finely
2 Onion Scallions, chopped finely
½ tsp Zest of Lemon
Juice of half Lemon
2 – 3 cloves Garlic, grated
½ tsp Roasted and ground Cumin powder
½ tsp Crushed Black Pepper
Few sprigs of Parsley or Coriander leaves, chopped finely
2 tbsp Honey or Sugar Syrup
Salt to taste

Method:
Mix the above ingredients and remove to serving dish.

Serve with deep fried Wanton, bread or vegetable sticks.
