Boiled Tapioca

Boiled Tapioca is very popular in Kerala. This is served with different types of chutneys.

Time Required: 10 Minutes

Ingredients:
3 to 4 pieces of Tapioca / Mara Genasu
Salt to taste

Method:
Wash and peel Tapioca. Cut into small pieces and either boil in water and Salt or steam the pieces. Sieve and serve with Sambar Onion chutney.
