Crispy Baby Corn

You cannot stop at just eating one of these Crispy Baby Corn.  This is the recipe for a party, as it can be prepared and stored in the refrigerator overnight and deep fry as the guests start coming in.

Time Required: 30 Minutes

Ingredients:
Few Baby Corns, Sliced in the middle
1 Cup Refined Flour / Maida
1/4 Cup Rice Flour
1tbsp Red Chili Powder
Oil for deep-frying
Salt to taste

Method:
Mix Flour, Red Chili Powder, and Salt to a batter.


Dip each of the baby corn slice in the batter and keep on a mesh.


Roll each baby corn in bread crumbs and arrange in a plate.

Store in the refrigerator for an hour or more. Heat Oil and Deep-fry until crisp.

Serve hot with your choice of sauce.
