Thai Khao-pote Onn – Thai Baby corn stir-fry – Baby Corn Recipe

Tasty crunchy baby corn with

Time Required: 25 Minutes

Ingredients:
10 Baby corns, Chopped into 1″ pieces
1tbsp Soya Sauce
2tbsp Oil
1tbsp Sugar

For the spice paste:
3 Ripe Red Chilies
3 Pods Garlic
1” Ginger
1 Small Onion
2tbsp Lemon Grass, chopped finley or water in which dry Lemon Grass was soaked
1tbsp Coriander Seeds
½ tsp Lemon zest (grated Lemon rind)
Salt to taste

Method:
Boil Baby corns in water for 2 minutes. Drain and keep aside. Grind together the ingredients for the spice paste.

Heat Oil and add the spice paste and saute for a minute or two. Add Soya Sauce and Sugar and stir. Add the Baby corns and toss. Serve hot with Noodles or Fried Rice.
