Mango Juice

Summer is the time when Mangoes are available in abundance. A drink of chilled fresh Mango juice is the right way to beat the heat.

Time Required: 5 Minutes + Chilling Time

Ingredients:
1 Mango, Peeled and diced
2tbsp Sugar
A pinch of Salt
1 Cup of water

Method:
Blend the ingredients together and sieve. Chill for an hour and pour into glasses and serve.
