Maida Laddoo

Maida Laddoo is prepared using refined flour and lots of desi Ghee.  It just melts in your mouth!

Time Required: 30 Minutes



Ingredients:

1 Cup Maida / Refined Flour
1 Cup Powdered Sugar
1/2 Cup Ghee / Clarified Butter
1/4 tsp Elaichi / Cardamom Powder
Few Pistachios, Chopped finely

Method:
Heat Ghee in a thick bottomed kadai / pan. Add Maida and fry until an aroma arises. Remove to a plate and let it cool.


Fry Pistachios in a tsp of Ghee and add to the Maida mixture.

Add Sugar and Cardamom powder to the mixture and mix well.


Tie into balls and it is now ready to offer to God.
