Banana Halwa

Pudding prepared using ripe Banana.

Time Required: 30 Minutes

Ingredients:
3 Ripe Robust Bananas
3tbsp Ghee / Clarified Butter
1 Cup Sugar
1/2 tsp Cardamom Powder
Few Cashew Nuts for decorating

Method:
Peel the Bananas and mash the Bananas until they are soft. Heat ghee in a thick-bottomed pan. Add mashed Bananas and cook over low heat, stirring continuously. Cook for 5 minutes.

Add sugar and continue to cook until the mixture starts leaving the sides of the pan. Add Cardamom powder and mix well.

Remove to a bowl or you can spread on a plate and allow it cool and cut into squares. Decorate with Cashew Nuts.
